Shipping policy
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on workdays before 3 p.m. the same day. However, we are not always able to achieve this, sometimes products are out of stock and delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The prices stated do not include packaging and shipping costs. The costs are:
€8.95 for orders under 10 kg
€12.00 for orders over 23 kg
For foreign orders, the packing and shipping costs are visible at check-out.
Delivery is via the postman or parcel deliverer of POSTNL. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
